The Neptun team of the ETH arranged an optimized package for the use of the computers at the ETH. Further information can be found on the Neptun-Homepage.
Helpdesk
When having hardware or software problems you can call the Helpdesk and we will the have a look at the device, if possible the problem will be solved immediatelly. If it is a serious problem, you have to send the equipment to IBM (which can last quite a long time until it will be back) or if needed faster, you can go to the International Repair Center of IBM in Zurich Altstetten. You can find the address on the Neptun website: http://www.neptun.ethz.ch/. Go get a faster and more efficient service from IBM, please call the technical service from IBM (0800 55 54 54) before going there.
