Two doctoral students from Prof. D'Andreas team gave a Talk at TEDx Events. Markus Hehn with the title "Learning algorithms in aerial vehicles" at the TEDxFlanders Conference on March 26, 2014 in Antwerpen, Belgium. And Gajamohan Mohanarajah with the title "Building an Internet for Robots" at the TEDxYouth@Adliswil on March 15, 2014 in Adliswil, Switzerland.

A new nano-membrane made out of the “super material” graphene is extremely light and breathable. Not only can this open the door to a new generation of functional waterproof clothing, but also to ultra-rapid filtration. The membrane produced by the researchers at ETH Zurich is as thin as is technologically possible.
