Equity Diversity Inclusion (EDI)

A diverse, inclusive and equity-oriented environment is essential for excellence in research and teaching. D-MAVT strives to provide students, researchers and staff with an atmosphere that welcomes all and allows them to flourish.

EDI Commission

The Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Commission was established in 2021. Its members come from all areas - from students to administrative and technical staff to professors. It bundles the various departmental activities and develops new ideas to question and change historically grown structures and circumstances.

D-MAVT Code of Conduct

D-MAVT has already established its own Code of Conduct in 2016, which is applied to all students and employees. It is in line with the Federal Act on Gender Equality and the Swiss Code of Obligations as well as ETH Zurich's Respect campaign.
